SELECT A COMPONENT TO READ ITS ROLE IN THE SYSTEM
The physical body reads conditions and responds before a verbal explanation is formed.
3=1 is not an idea.
It is a working map.
The model separates three different ways in which we receive, interpret and act — so we can recognise which one is speaking at any moment.
The physical body: an ancient system that reads information, responds to conditions and needs no words in order to act.
The logical processor: translating reality into language, rules and stories. Essential — but limited to what it has learned.
The electrical body: the interface receiving from the field and relaying information to biology before the brain gives it a name.
The signal comes first.
The story follows.
In Trond's model, disruption begins when the logical brain does more than translate information — it cancels it. The body contracts, moves toward, pulls away or warns; then a story arrives to explain why it should not be heard.
The body does not lie. The logical brain can persuade us to ignore what we already knew.
The aim is not to discard logic, but to return it to its place: a tool serving the system, not an authority erasing it.
What changes when the three work as one?
- First, perceive. Allow the bodily signal to appear before explaining it.
- Then, discern. Is it resonance, dissonance or neutral?
- Only then, interpret. The logical brain receives the information and turns it into useful action.
